1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access the Platform, you must sign in using Google or Microsoft Authentication. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from your account, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Use the Platform to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Use bots or automated tools to extract data without express written permission.

4. Data Use and Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined therein, including data obtained through authentication services such as Google and Microsoft.

We do not sell your personal information. Data collected is used solely for:

• Fraud prevention and security
• Customer support and communication

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, software, data structures, and brand elements—are owned by or licensed to Ipsos Stat Emirates LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to our Platform but do not guarantee uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

7. Third-Party Services

Authentication is managed by third parties (Google and Microsoft). Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from their services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms
• Your use may cause harm to other users or the Platform
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, you must stop using the Platform immediately. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Platform during the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ipsos Stat Emirates LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the Platform or by email. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
